Urban Exploration – Italy Tour
Italy is a an absolutely beautiful country. I lived there at the age of 4 years old when my father was posted to Naples by the Royal Navy. The north of the country has some of the most beautiful mountains and lakes you could imagine. And the mid regions has the kind of idyllic sweeping fields only seen on the side of pasta sauces jars.
But we were there to explore the forgotten shells of previously occupied locations, left to the consumption of time, nature and the local tag master with their purple spray can. And what a selection there was to view. From the bizarre drug induced interiors of Non Plus Ultra, the Villas occupied by ladies of the night, to the bowel emptying heights of the abandoned gasometer. This trip brought and delivered on it all.
